Doon Bharti Public Sr. Sec. School / DBPS is managed by Doon Bharti Educational Society (Regt.). DBPS is a vibrant and welcoming learning community, committed to creating the best possible educational experience for every child. We aim to enable all children to reach their full potential.
We have made sure that we have a talented, dedicated, caring team of staff, each of whom works very hard to ensure that the abilities of the children in our care are nurtured and carefully developed. Our teachers and teaching assistants are experienced and work as a team to make the school a very special place, every day for your child. We look forward to working with you as partners in your child's education.

Managing Director Mr. Manish Dangwal is an inspiration for innumerable and living epitome that one only needs a vision and will to see it through, rest doesn’t matter. A visionary, experienced and decisive professional, dreams to establish DBPS as one of the finest and the best educational institutions of India. His aspiration towards the students of today is to educate them in the true sense by providing systematic and friendly guidance; to provide an experience that they will remember, not learn. Mr. Dangwal believes that our children are the most precious gift of God to the human and to nurture them unconditionally is the nature’s way of giving us a chance to cherish, relive and make amendments to one’s own childhood.
A firm advocate of the transforming power of education, he believes that better education will create a better world.
We at DBPS want to be acknowledged as an Institute which provides quality education with modern techniques, innovative learning yet keeping the foundation strong. We want to bring self belief in a child, allow him/her to experience the opportunity, joy of discovery and develop a love for learning. Every Child has a gist and we must elevate that talent to its maximum potential, therefore, at DBPS we focus on overall development of the child and keep exploring new ways to enhance those skills by initiating play & learn method of learning.

Education is a life-long learning process. Learning happens all the time; not only in a pre-designated place called the school. It happens in the home, between home and school too. The home’s and school’s mission therefore is to provide a learning environment and opportunities to the children as the learners.
Shaping young, impressionable minds is one of life’s biggest challenges. At DBPS, we aim to empower our students to grow as individuals with strong open discerning minds with an international perspective, preparing them to make a mark in DBPS - the world has come to be today.
Our distinctive academic programmmes and innovative teaching methodologies encourage students to develop critical-thinking and learn through enquiry and reason, to exchange thoughts and ideas, to develop key personal and social values, to take ownership for his/ her choices and to set goals to realize their own unique potential.
Authentic education implies an on-going, continuous interplay between the five moments of context, experience, reflection, action and evaluation between parents, students and teachers. This is not to lead to mere information but to appropriation, integration into the very activity of Almighty within the created reality of our world but especially within each person. This then leads from information to transformation. The School by deepening a sense of wonder, reverence, creativity, fidelity, communication, openness and charity to each other and to the whole world seeks to work for the transformation of the complete person.
The teachers approach the classroom as one does a temple. Teacher-student relationships take time to develop and deepen and need a climate of love and trust. There must also be continuity between teachers and students both within the classroom and in the wider school environment.
We are continuously guided by developmentally appropriate principles in child development by the central DBPS team of academicians who develop newer scholastic and co-scholastic modules appropriate to the present generation.
The developmentally appropriate curriculum for young children provides all the areas of a child's development; physical, social, emotional and cognitive.
